It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Which reminds me, people should specify what material they want things made of.

You should really look to the wilderness for your stealth ideas, it has been doing it much longer than you have after all. Take squids for example, that ink trick works pretty well, and in water too! So you just sneak into the dam upsteam, dump several megatons of distressed squid into it, then break the dam. Boom, you suddenly have enough water-proof stealth for a whole city!

How much fuel is needed to create things by Metalworking? I don't have money, but I've got a hundred or so Lignite and I suppose I could try to trade some of  that for items here.

It's one fuel per crafting, and some craftings yield between 1 and 10 of an item, while others yield 1 or 10.

The important thing for fuel is thermal strength. In metalworking, different metals have different thermal resistances, so you need to use a more powerful fuel. There are bellows you can use for a bonus to strength, but it's pretty small. That's why most of the metalworkers in this thread have a minimum strength for fuel.

That causes some problems, but I should be able to get by with some small stuff on Lignite. I'll have to find stronger fuels to dig up and possibly trade in.

It's 3 fuel to go from ore to finished product [Ore->Nugget->Ingot->Product], and for materials like bronze ingots 2 of the steps require a strong fuel. You can do most base refining with just firewood, it's the Bronze+ ingots/items that require the good fuel. When we get up to iron we will have no use for firewood, though. Even the ore is too resistant for firewood refining.

25 strength charcoal should be perfectly fine for all applications below iron, honestly.
