I'm just waiting for it to get to a more tense point so that I can drag it out and make people wait while they are on the edge of their seats.  :P

I'm also pretty relieved because its quite a bit easier to run (so far) then the previous RTD that I did (where I kept track of wounds and HP and time of day and hunger and rain level and tons of other rather annoying stuff).

Because the solution to not being able to control your dakka is MOAR DAKKA.

That's it. We've finally crossed over and become the nation of Da Orky Boyz.

God, it's a GM who waits on his PLAYERS.
We doing Russian Reversal or something?
Obviously you haven't been to the RtD board a lot recently.

Ignore the obvious tower. It's obviously a trick, and there's some sort of secret entrance around here I can find.

Yeah, I frequently have to bump my own games.
...When I'm not being super lazy, that is.

Also, lemon, since I was kinda planning on having my character by a glass-based caster (cause I think it would be cool) would it be too much trouble to switch one of my element choices over to fire? That way I could mix earth and air, which is kinda needed for glass to form. (at least through lightning, I could make glass out of just sand and heat, but that's not as cool as a frikkin' lightning bolt.)
I only ask because I've yet to do any casting yet, and if you say no then I'll be ok.

Might as well chalk it up to Pathos.
As this point we might as well invoke interpretive dance and call it a day.

Even if one of them isn't your weak element, mixing opposite elements results in a weak spell. While you could probably manage, having a character based around a subpar (due to them all being weak) set of spells seems unwise to me. The earth+fire way seems far better due to not mixing opposites then the earth+air way.

I will let you swap your weak element over to fire though if you still want though.

Fire + Air = Lightning?
Fire + Earth = Glass/Magma?

Why not make your weak element something like Death? Between Order for sculpting and Chaos for scattering shards, you should be set.

I'm slightly regretting not picking death, as a golemancer. But I don't really mind having Air as my weakness.

((If the order elemental is made from the raw magic around the area, then could it maybe answer geographical or history questions?))
Not with just Order/Order/Order. If you put air, earth or even water in it could answer obvious geographical questions.
With air it wouldn't be able to see caves or underwater. With earth it wouldn't be able to see water (only noting it as a valley), anything flying, things more then a few feet from the ground. With water it would only be able to know about things nearby in the water (not including living things).
None of these would be able to notice things purposefully/naturally hidden (although you could probably craft a spell to do just that).

It would be unable to answer history questions except possibly noting nearby magical residue from recent magical battles.
Fire + Air = Lightning?
Fire + Earth = Glass/Magma?

Why not make your weak element something like Death? Between Order for sculpting and Chaos for scattering shards, you should be set.

Air on its own makes electricity, you don't need fire at all.
Fire+Earth can be used to make glass/magma, although the glass cannot be permanent without using natural sand to craft it.

Turn 4: The Knocking, it does nothing!
Russ quickly raises his hand and knocks on the door, the sound it generates is quiet and dull, surely impossible to hear from inside the tower.
Ven also tries to knock, but Russ glares at him angrily. Ven ignores the glare, and knocks on the door quite a bit harder. Despite this the sound is still quiet and dull.
Cromwell and Ren, Bertram  contemplate knocking on the door as well, but Russ’s angry glare convinces them otherwise.
The door stays shut.
Meanwhile Joe figures that the tower is a trick. He wanders around for another hour looking for anything else of note. He finds nothing, the grass in every direction obscures sight, and anything hidden here would be well hidden indeed.

It'll do.
Sucks my golem spells are so far down the line.

([IF] cursory inspection doesn't reveal a knocker or doorbell)

"Step back"

Russ creates an Unstable Golem[L|C|E] with the command "Open Door".

And make go boom.

Well, I think I'll back away a bit.

Back away a little and huddle under my magical cloak thing while I devise another spell.

Wait for the others to brutally abuse the door, begin summoning Magma Hammer.

Also use this turn to re-create Sword of Glass.

Just waiting on Harb (I am assuming that all Remu's doing this turn is creating a spell to use next turn).
