Kira's parents being mentioned.

Kira contemplates momentarily who it could be.

It isn't my "parents" since I was emancipated almost four years ago. Parents should never do those kind of things to a kid. Course I gave them what they deserved about a year ago.

You are Kira, of about four years ago.

You have recently been emancipated from your extremely abusive parents.

You aren't currently the most sane of people. It was a tad traumatic.

You aren't quite sure why you suddenly got the urge to stare despondently into the juice, I mean you are quite happy right now, no horrible parents ever again, no more bruises or welts, no more names and yelling, no more, never again.

This makes you really happy.

So, obviously, Kira's parents were very abusive but something killed them and Kira escaped from it. Hooray for Kira. Because of your hint (thanks again) we can assume that the killer was Mr. Lupine Transcendent. I made a list of all those who were mentioned but not explicitly met and got to at least somewhat know. I also added some theorycrafting notes.

>TurbanLover - Joseph > we don't know him at all. He could be, or he could not be; he seems to be more PEW PEW and KABOOM than a wolf/dog would be.
>Knight Wanderer - Stephen > possible association with Dolvath(?)?? > I think he is unlikely, we know he is nearish a knight/warrior archetype, and in 4 months he didn't noticeably have any lupine aspects.
>Temporal Mechanic - Kent > I'm not sure. We didn't have much time with him.
> Black Cat - Richard > unlikely, he's a cat; though I suppose that he could be for sheer laughs.

Otherwise, I have no idea who it could be. My last guess would be WolfArisen, but I Okay. Now it seems like Alex would be the Lupine Transcendent but I think I'm onto something. Alex has leveled city blocks before, so it is not unlikely that he could have killed Kira's parents in a rage. Alright, my conclusion is WolfArisen aka Alex. His classpects, 'Dead' and others, all combine in order to make him a Lupine Transcendent, or close enough. I'm not sure how that would work, but that's my hopefully solid guess.

Nother tip: keep in mind the timeframes of Kira getting his parents mentioned, also Luna mentions something. Something should not be adding up.

Also Alex isn't the Lupine Transcendent, you didn't even see the two mentions of the LT I don't think.

Aw. Alright, don't have any more ideas atm. I'll go back and read through the Lune conversations when I'm completely awake.

Edit: Read through all of Lune's dialogue. I'm not really noticing anything, and the time frame for the parent mentions is early in the flashback and in the beginning of Kira's sequence. I haven't picked up anything 'lupine' or 'transcendent' about those mentions. I'll go back in a OH. Yeah. Luna. Not Lune.

Edit2: Read through Luna's segment. I'm obviously missing something, so I'll leave it for someone else with fresh eyes to review it. The closest thing that I could possibly consider "not adding up" in relation to Kira's parents is that Luna says that they were killed and Kira says he was emancipated.

((Oh, I'm quite happy, just not in the mindset that I can get anything done. The emotions are just skyrocketing all over the place, no negative emotions per say, just general weird feeling to euphoric to slightly nauseous to tingly to wanting to run to being sleepy and it just keeps randomly hopping around. The hops seem to be winding down though.

This perplexes me even more. If you believe that "magic" probably exists then why do you scoff at earlier claims that monsters might come to murder you?

Well there aren't exactly monsters roaming the streets if you haven't noticed. And to my knowledge, there aren't any supernatural creatures, although Zane would probably know for sure.

Engage in philosophical banter with Zane, because that is how men of taste such as ourselves relate to one another.
