Open the fridge, turn on the stove, AC on maximum, leave all the lights on, tv, radio on, all the taps running, hose running, be wasteful.
Booze it up, smash anything made of glass, burn anything made of paper.

EDIT: If you can't figure out how I fit this into the suitcase, I don't. I put on the skull suit and fly around in the UFO. The Met just follows me around.

I said in weight, not diameter.
Assuming a suitcase of 12 by 18 by 6 inches, and a death ray which takes up the entirety of the space within, according to my calculations the average density should be about 21 g/ml. That's about the density of a pure block of platinum, and that's assuming it fills the entire suitcase and is completely solid.

That's assuming that the death ray takes up the entirety of the space within. Which it doesn't. It's just absurdly heavy. Because it's a death ray.

Yeah, but what's it made of then? Such heavy metals aren't exactly easy to get 70 kg of, and they're not very useful for building a death ray, which requires a high amount of energy discharge, the best sources of said discharge being light, polarized elements such as lithium and fluorine.

Iridium and/or Osmium for the structure with more suitable elements constructing the inner components?

It could be powered by a miniature black hole. It is a death ray after all.

Joining if I can:

A case of three duct tape rolls.
A hatchet. (with cover)
A swiss army knife.
A shortsword. (in hand)

First action is to leave house and begin moving in the direction of the bunker, using fences and other objects as cover.

7 Turns
Very dense.

>Spend turn putting on suit
>What's going on outside?
[11] There's a large crowd outside swarming through the streets. A few cars have crashed into each other and one of them is on fire. Not as bad as it sounds from the other neighborhoods, but it's going to be tough getting through.

I'l join if I still can.

Sorry, but unless you could theoretically fit it into a suitcase, you can't have it.

Open the fridge, turn on the stove, AC on maximum, leave all the lights on, tv, radio on, all the taps running, hose running, be wasteful.
Booze it up, smash anything made of glass, burn anything made of paper.
Whoooooo! Part-ay! Most of the TV channels seem to be test cards, which is terrible, but one of the radio channels is playing music so you turn that up as loud as you can. You drink all the liquor in the house and set fire to things. [10] Oh, it turns out that liquor and fire in combination is not a good thing. Luckily, you don't even need this house anymore and the fire to come is going to totally outclass this thing. Part-ay.

>Get to the shelter
>_
You head outside into the chaos. [15] Well, relatively minor chaos. There's a few cars on fire and a few windows have been smashed but all the people who are left seem to be just either staring at the sky in catatonic shock or trying to kill themselves using various implements. You continue down the street. [17] And things are calm here too. Eerily calm, but that's some sort of a calm. Some fellows in suits are trying to break into a electronics shop by throwing a bin through it, but they don't seem to care about you.
The shelter is two streets away.

Head to the bunker through alleyways, with my pistol drawn, but the safety on.

[8] You head through the alleyway towards the shelter, but the way is blocked by a crashed truck. The person inside seems to be dead, and there's a few more corpses stuck to it's bumper. [10] Black smoke is coming from it's engine, and the starting licks of a fire. Oh dear.

Joining if I can:

A case of three duct tape rolls.
A hatchet. (with cover)
A swiss army knife.
A shortsword. (in hand)

First action is to leave house and begin moving in the direction of the bunker, using fences and other objects as cover.
[7] You vault over fences and hide behind dumpsters, but just as you step out of a fence a car plows toward you! [1] [16] [5, Hitting Ribs] Your abdomen takes the brunt of the force. You skid away, and take a turn to throw up as the car crashes into a house.

Now that that's taken care of, stagger drunkenly towards the shelter. Take the shortest route there.

If I am not out this turn puking, then get up and continue on to the shelter, staying AWAY from cars that are moving.
