Do not build a guild in Highaerie Hills, there is nothing there for a guild.  Build a guild in either Whitestone Field, Shortpoint Forest, Silver Mountains, Berrrywood Forest, or Kingfalcon Mountain.  I said it before and I'll say it again, let's build guilds as communal production centers and let people build concessions to gather resources if they want.  I don't even know if you CAN build concession style quarrys on a domain, I would rather find out in the Silver Mountains we can't get sandstone lumps but we can get sandstone boulders. 

Also let's not make plans to make a ton of guilds, we need 3 at most.  Let's not plan one to be some general sellers guild.  Easy enough to have a Stone/Metal guild, a Wood/Science guild, and a Flora/Fauna/Fashion guild as a goal.

Thanks to the generous donations of Alexwazer, I'm going to start the other guild soon.  Because of player limitations, it seems we'll have trouble supporting just one...  Contact me in-game for information, but there's already people who are supporting me and simply getting us working together is going to be a simple-ish and central task.

Agreed with that. Masons and carpenters are going to be required for a lot of the constructions and both require insane amount of blades and chisels. Science is somewhat less important to start, but will be needed for higher grade machines soon enough.

It might sounds weird to a lot of people, but gold won't be the main bottleneck for a while. Structures components require tons of resources and time to make, while I can easily get 8-10 gold a day with minimal time and no energy investment and possibly more if lucky with drops.

Question about materials there.  Tom the builder at the construction yard in Hawkoria sells Cloth roof (1330 coins) Fir Foundations (924 coins) and Fir Roofs (4464 coins).  Are these not suitable?  You seem to be using his prices on the other purchased components. 

If it's a materials issue, what are the stats that need to be met?  Actually, that goes for the Fortifications and Towers also.  Will marl do?  Fir? 

Suggestion: if the basic materials will work, request towers in wood and fortifications in stone.  I expect you will need all 50 to be identical.  Making a wooden tower is substantially less materials intensive than a wooden fortification and it would split the tasks among crafts.

Those are added to the base stat from the construction itself (Framework is 10 Plains, Forrest and Hills with 5 Fortification for example)

Required stats are Plains 5+.  Also the wooden tower might be an idea as, as it stands, I would need 2600 Marl Blocks to complete the building

If you wanted a lot of sand then that would be the way to go.  Alternatively, you could buy Marl Blocks in Pebble Bridge.
