Alright. If you can tell me exactly how much hill resistance you need I could try to use the cheapest material possible. It might take a day or two for them to be done since it requires lots of material and someone else already asked for something to be made. Also, please use in-game mail whenever possible. It makes it easier for me to know who wants what, to keep track of what needs to be done and we don't want this thread to be filled by offers and orders. Which reminds me that I need to put my hatred of spreadsheets away for a few minutes and add carpentry stuff to the one in OP).

I've recently unlocked/bought most of the different types of carpentry structures, which include various versions of roof/wall/foundations so making some of those with high resistance is easier (even for mountain). Framework are still potentially an issue since there's only 1 type.

The 10 gold treaty ['Guild Hall', I think it is?] or the domain one? I honestly think it'd be better to just start with the 100 gold one, still impressed you've got that much gold, though. I keep using all my profits to expand my stockpiles in my magical bag of holding.

From what I gather, you need both.  The treaty to make the guild and the domain to actually build stuff on the map.  To increase the member cap from 5 to 10 you need to build headquarters. To get from 10 to 25 is very difficult

Man, seven hours to get from 13 to 39 potions worth of binders, eugh, that's the real bottleneck (besides energy) in flora.

IS there even any use for horticulture? I've not seen anyone show even minor interest in hemp or flax, and I don't know what apples even do.

I might just grab carpentry since we need those, flora seems a lot of effort for not a lot of benefit.

Why not just buy the binders from NPCs?  Also, apples are for taming something.. I forgot what.

As I recall NPC shops stock like, 10 salt, which is nothing. Although I did notice they're selling high power binders, so that's something.

Ive been using my craftswomen to collect binders for me while I make potions, they take a while to collect (and the 50% chance is a pita) but I find with 3 of them collecting for me now I have enough to keep pumping out potions.

Almost that. The treaty is used for creating the guild and is where you build the HQ and, I think, the mansion (much later). The domains are simply guild exclusives resources gathering spots, similar in function to quarries, mines and such, that allow people to gather special resources otherwise not available on the map. Domains are not required until we actually have some people who can even work on these resources (requires 40+ in gathering skills).

And do you need a concession to order people to work?

You need somewhere for them to work and the skill. I've got a forester sitting around Turnbull Mill, chopping Pine.

If you havent done it already you can get the first 5 levels of leadership in the first town, after that I got mine up to 10 by training at the Raven Inn (39,144) by recruiting guards. You wont need a concession for your followers to gather just for both you and the follower to meet the skill requirement.

Edit: Training your leadership this way is a bit expensive so if you are short on gold you might have to find a different way of doing it, though as a potion maker you should be fairly weathly

Annnd me and Tnx have been throwing around ideas, why not make a steam group for this? It would keep the thread managable and we wouldn't be announcing our intentions out in the open (although I think we've done about as much damage with that as we're going to do). Random people are already saying they're from B12 in world chat from what I hear. Might be better to keep a bit tighter of a lid on things.
