Oh hey a game that looks interesting and I haven't heard of before.

Is it the type of game that tried to wring money out of you by offering to shorten times or what?

barely, you can only accelerate 3 hours every 24 hours(all premium type items have similar cooldowns), nothing feels like its being forced to pay for it since you can get some land to place any number of companions, a single bag can hold unlimited number of items(might be a management nightmare if you try to do everything).

Okay then, I suppose I'll give it a shot.

For better or worse...I'm going to try to break ground and bought a concession, will post any info i get regarding it.

ok...so each thing you place onto it will take encumbrance, a tent for example takes 150, expanding your home by 100 costs 20 silver.

A hut takes 1000 space, so it takes 2 gold in expanding to get one built. Outside workshop takes 300. You can store companions and items there without using any space at all...

The inventory is like the one I'd seen in an Ultima 7 LP: It is a bag. You will probably lose something in it once you've stuffed it full of random looted objects, gear, reagents, and magic items Crafting materials, other goods, tools, and things you've made.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Getting a concession early isn't a bad idea. It allows you to have more companions than your leadership skill would allow by keeping some in your house/tent/empty lot. Labourer, forester and craftswoman/farmer can be useful to gather extra resources for you. They can be assigned tasks that don't require consumables tools, like hunting, chopping, prospecting, extracting. They only seem to gain training when they are with you while you are working however, not on their own. Besides that, people without taming might want to get a combat companion to help for a handful of quests, but probably cannot afford the authority to keep them around all the time.

It is possible to have more than one concession, so buying a cheap one to start with works fine.

Also, bear taming initiated, well queued anyway.

GRINDIN VISION AMPOULES

I kinda feel like potionmaking is a bit iffy right now, not a lot of variety. Maybe I'm imagining that though.

Might also because I haven't been working on botany, do different plants give different stat bonuses in potions?

Tnx

Wait so you can have labourers off site gathering resources for you while you're off doing something else?  And if you get the concession you can stash them at your house to gather resources?

Lucky you, UristMcDwarf.  I'd love to be able to fill out my utility slots, but it'll be weeks before I have the gods to buy enough crowns for that.  But that comes with being flat broke.  :(

Yet another question here.

Branching out my character to do some archeology on the side due to the vast tales of the wealth.
Are there any "newbie" archeology companions located anywhere?

You should really look to the wilderness for your stealth ideas, it has been doing it much longer than you have after all. Take squids for example, that ink trick works pretty well, and in water too! So you just sneak into the dam upsteam, dump several megatons of distressed squid into it, then break the dam. Boom, you suddenly have enough water-proof stealth for a whole city!

Yup - right here

So I learned a little about how gemstones are collected today.  Most (non-plains) regions have one or two in their resource list but a player needs to stake a claim and build a mine + improvements in order to collect them.  It'll be expensive since the concessions for the more remote areas are more expensive and it takes higher tier materials to build structures which can survive there.  I'm thinking a little (or a lot) of co-ordination would be useful in order to prevent duplication. I'd like to hear from jewelers in terms of which gems are useful for skill and for wear.
