: "Well, uh. You know when you asked if my entire family were smiths and mages and whatever, and I said no? Well, the ones who think we're crazy are the "no"s. Mother's a mage, she married into the family. Most of Father's side are all about inventing and dreaming up new things; horseless carriages, personal wings, new materials to make swords and armor with. Stuff like that. Just about everyone from Mother's side, and more than a few on Father's, don't think very highly of it. And don't even get me started on other folks in town..."

You were planning to have a 15 year old magical girl kill Witches by drinking them under the table!? It's original, at least.

Torben's eyes lit up.
:"Hah! And they said Lignum wasn't profitable. If Carina could see this horde here, she'd be maaaad! ...though someone with lockpicks would be appreciated, at the moment... hmm."
Move to 5, 17, and attempt to open a chest.

Torben blinks confusedly as he opens the chest, picking up and hefting out some... bandit guy.
:"What? Why are you in a chest?"

Jazz moves to (9,18) and blinks.

: "That's, uh, quite a find there Benny. Do bandits usually sleep in chests nowadays?"

Lucas was silent - hoping that the bandits outside might forget that he was in here, so he could find a way to escape unharmed.

Yet, no dice, and he found himself thrown out of the chest.

"H-hey- watch the hands! And- I'm no bandit, they knocked me out and put me in there!"

Then he sees more walk through the door, and starts to back up.

"Now - er- there are several good reasons not to kill me, now..."

"No, I don't know anything about a forge."

"Oh- why I'm here, er... well, it turns out bandits don't like it when you steal their stolen possessions back from them. I heard about this place from a neighboring village... and thought I'd do a bit of stealing myself. Purely philanthropic, I swear."

"Speaking of which..."
Lucas moves to 5,16, and jigaligs the chest with his picklock.
