:"My folks told me about Zack as a bed time story and I learn about this ruin from other bandits. It a common thing for us to throw theories about the Zack's companions in this picture."

: "Wait...you say other bandits know about this place? Dagnabit, I knew we should have moved on before stopping to rest. What if more show up?"

Shotrin spoke up from the back of the group. "That hooded swordsman may be a representation of Saint Richard. He spent his life both in the service of others, and studying the art of the sword. He was last seen, oh, thirty some years ago?"

[Swordstar]

"Huh. Ok. Guess that could work. Also Jazz, we could just say we're with him. If they're his friends and we're with him, they'll probably leave us alone, right?" She shrugged and sat back down against one of the walls.

[Powder Miner]

:"Or they could see the carnage and assume that we're not to be screwed with. Also, finished cooking. Took a while and I bet you're all starving."
Torben takes a hare to himself and begins to eat, barely letting it cool off, putting out the other hares for the others.

"I certainly am! Thanks, Ben!"

Shaundra speared hers on an arrow and started in.

[Sirus]

: "Fan-flipping-tastic. Haven't eaten since this morning." Jasmine eagerly digs into her own hare, not particularly bothering with table manners.

"Not really what I'm used to... Well, food is food." Shotrin takes his hare and begins tearing off strips of flesh with his teeth.

Torben smiled at Shaundra as he munched on rabbit, slightly muffled.
:"'m happy t' help, Dra."

"It's good. Miles better'n I could've done."

[Sirus]

Jazz gave a muffled "mm-hm" and a thumbs-up in response to Shaundra's compliment, but didn't stop eating.

"Hmm, would you rather be having fish then Shotrin? Or would that be against the Leviathan? Seems to me a good piece of hare is the perfect meal. Nice and fresh, mmm."

Torben grins at Shaundra, and then returns to eating.
:"Mebbe 'h misshed m' callin' ash a gourmet shef."

Shaundra giggled. It seemed the food was waking her up a little.

"Well, you'll get plenty of practice traveling with us, I'd bet. I know I at least can't cook worth a damn."

She took a large bite.

Jasmine grinned at Shaundra, her hare reduced to a collection of bones.

: "Thank the Lady. I was half-afraid I was the only woman in the world who couldn't cook."
