"Sure thing Doc."
I use my nanites to both harvest the oxygen around the nose and mouth area of Arran while simultaneously generating sound waves at 5 hertz and 150 dB (blocked from the outside so as not to effect McDonald) to create nausia. These two effect will most likely cause her to pass out with no lasting damage unless she hits her head on the way down.

Eveline Joyce = female))

Read the paper about Titan and search for other eye catching titles.

Noting the activity of Dave's Cloud around the doctor, Anton unobtrusively prepares to catch him if he falls.

Due to the chlorine spill inside Control Room 1, all of the people inside of it have evacuated to the lobby.
The lobby contains (each person's location is described with respect to Comrade P.'s character):
-Dr. Winston Arran (opposite side)
-Four workers (conversing in the center of the room. Two have Hamilton in their field of view, but they are focused on the conversation)
-Two scientists and a technician (opposite side, leaving the lobby)
-Researcher Eveline Joyce (with Hamilton, at the left side of the room)
-4 workers at desks in the center of the room. They are either on computers or looking toward the front of the room.

((Not an exact action, I just want to figure the best way))

Hamilton stands dead still, like if his body had malfunction. He sends a message to others:

"How close we are to getting the key from chief of staff?"

McDonald is going to come back in and tell Dr. Arran that the researcher is still inside his office.))

[5] The paper on Titan outlines a detailed project involving the exploitation of underground ice on Titan in order to create an artificial forest underground, powered by a city on the surface. The project, if funded, would be carried out by the people of Atlantis, the only human settlement on the frigid moon.

Other titles include:
-A United Earth: Political Approaches (book)
-Interstellar Trade: Suggestions to the Grand Admiral (letter)
-Economic Prospecting in the Outer Rim (report)

[3] Deoxygenating the air around the chief's face and producing sound is a fairly difficult task, but you manage to do it by forming a quick, invisible bubble around the chief of staff's head, sealing itself airtight around his neck. He scratches at it a number of times before you can begin forming the oxygen into unbreathable compounds, breaking the seal each time, but eventually he adjusts to it and relents with the scratching. Soon, a cloudy vapor forms inside the bubble, and before he can react he falls to the floor, incapacitated by the noise. The noise itself is relatively silent--not because you were able to form a vacuum with your fragile nanobots, but because instead of resorting to loud noises ((seriously, 150 dB is as loud as a jet engine at 30 meters! Your bodies run on battery power!)), you simply project the noise very close to his eardrums.

The chief of staff collapses to the floor.

[5] As Dr. Arran falls, you catch him and whisk the keys out of his coat pocket without so much as a noise. Hiding the keys inside your closed left hand, you set the doctor on the floor and back away, acting surprised.

Sleight of Hand skill gained!

Comrade P. AKA Hamilton Teromo
Spoiler: Skills (click to show/hide)

You hear Anton over the mic, responding to your message slightly late.
"I just got them, my friend!"
As it turns out, you asked your question right before they incapacitated the chief of staff on the other side of the room... somehow. The chief is simply knocked out, without any sort of noticeable injury.

"Is there something you're not telling me...are you trying to steal or... leave the base?"
She backs away, anticipating that you are going to use force.
[5] You regain your composure and calmly state that in fact, this was simply an exercise in reintegrating yourself into the world. Though she remains suspicious at first, you manage to convince her that you were asked to make an outlandish demand to a random person you found. She won't give you the key, but at least you avoided raising the alarms. Phew!
Liar skill gained!

McDonald walks up to David Steel and briefly congratulates him in a whispering tone. Then, he asks:
"You mentioned having images of the keys? Show me with your Cloud."
David is able to condense the nanites into hollow shells resembling the keys. He cycles through each one until the doctor tells him to stop. "Stop. This one, condense the nanites further. If you haven't yet figured out, one of the key reasons nanite technology is so powerful is because they can assemble themselves into nanoplasm quite easily, even when deformed by environmental conditions."
The key forms itself, and drops into the doctor's hand. He collects each from the others in the lobby. The only ones he doesn't currently have yet are the ones Felicia collected. He contacts her.
"Hey Felicia. Can you bring the keys to the lobby so that we can start? We'll be in the control room--"

The doctor halts as he sees the entrance to Control Room 1 is blocked off by a bulkhead. On the digital display mounted to the door, the words "GAS LEAK" appear in flashing red.
"Well damn."

((seriously, 150 dB is as loud as a jet engine at 30 meters! Your bodies run on battery power!))
So? IPods do it. Plus no one would have heard. That low a frequency is imperceptible to the human ear.
I use my tiny nanites to slice it up into 5in by 5in squares we can use for raw materials latter.

1). That's because the noise is directly inside the ear. Which is what I did for the roll. ^^
But you're right, it's relative to distance and the frequency can't be heard, which was an oversight on my part (Then again, you can probably hear it due to enhanced senses. This is written from a the character's perspective). But wouldn't it be possible to feel it resonating with certain parts of the body if it were loud enough?
2). You'll be cutting through solid metal. You'll need a power source before your nanites can output that kind of energy. To clarify, the nanites can conduct electricity (from, say, an outlet), but are powered by the magnetic flux that they use for communication and control. As such, you need to power your body in order to relay that power to your Cloud.
