Unfortunately for Jemia, her own comm crackled to life, with an unfamiliar voice barking at her, with electronic tones cackling with every word said.

"Sergeant, stand down this moment. XO out."

Still, a new figure entered the waiting room where kyle sat, confidently striding, looking around before taking a seat next to him. The rather well maintained brakish plates that sat on the fabric was well covering, yet only dully shining from the light in the waiting room, the uniform resembling an ornate dress uniform, with a few adjustments made for everyday wear. The boots in particular looking scuffed, damaged but still intact and fitting.

"Captain." The figure said, with a rather static-plagued, electronic voice.

Jesmia sends a message back.

"You have no authority over me in army matters, your a fleet officer. When it pertains to my duties with the fleet you out rank me when it pertains to my duties in the army you do not."

Kyle nods and gives the figure a quick salute.
"Not to seem rude but I am needed."

When Kyle enteres the Council room, he will see 5 people sitting at a table. One of them, a pretty good looking female winks at Kyle. He may or may not take that for anything. One of them, an alien of unknown heritage, ushers for him to have a seat.

Kyle gives her a wink back as he sits down in the offered seat.
"So. What's all this about?"

[Sanure]

"First off, Re-assignment. Second is the new ship. Third is about what happened to your old ship... Which do you want to deal with first?"

The female winks at Kyle again. This may come back to haunt him.

"I believe reassignment and what happened should come first as the new ship needs to be talked about with her crew."

[Sanure]

The woman next to the winking girl chimes in, "Ok. First let's talk about what happened. Who attacked you and why?"

"It was pirates from what I can tell. Most likely looking for easy prey."

[Sanure]

"That makes your ship the sixty-third to get attacked."
"Which leads us to your assignment. We want you to track down the pirates and find their base. We don't want you attempting to attack it alone. We still are paying the damages for that one episode of yours back in the second quadrant, beta sector..." This man seems annoyed.


Jasmia gets a detailed list of all soldiers without an assignment.

Split the pilots from the troopers then single out the 20 best troopers and 20 best pilots.

Do a count of how many pilots and how many troopers remain after removing the 20 best.

Kyle bashfully scratches the back of his head.
"How was I to know that was cause for war?"

[Sanure]

The winking girl pipes in, "Which is why you weren't charged for it, sweetie~" The annoyed man gets even more annoyed for it, "Now, can we please get to your ship assignment? We have three ready for action. They aren't navy warbirds, but they should be fine for this mission." He passes three seperate folders to Kyle.

First Folder: Sea Hawk
Second Folder: Supply Ship
Third Folder: Federation Spear


Jasmia narrows down the 20 best pilots and 20 best troopers. There are still 178 troopers remaining and 46 pilots.
