Leona thunked him lightly with her healing staff.

As far as Sheldon was concerned, it was a good thing Leona didn't see the look of shock and hurt that flitted over his face before he forced his usual confident grin back up. "I know that. I just... You know, kid around. I know you can't... With me." As Leona had finished healing his wounds, Sheldon turned around. Something was going to feel the pain he felt right now.

Once Miguella moves, 15,22, and boarding axe the ghoul in his damn face. Charge the attack with ANGST.

For her part, she was wondering if he ever saw her when he looked her way. Did he actually think of her as a friend? Did he - maybe, she hoped - actually love her? Or was she just a forbidden fruit he wanted and would lose interest in once he had it? Normally she would assume it was the last one, as she did of every man that expressed interest in her, but she just wasn't sure about him. She thought maybe so, but then he flirted with every female he saw, so... it was all so confusing. Life in a nunnery didn't prepare her for this sort of problem, and she sighed.
