Tom climbs a tree until he finds a vantage point that he can hid in.

"Clever move.", - agreed Kel. - "I suggest melee fighters to advance from the other side of the road in confusion caused by diversion and gunfire."

"We should chop down a tree to block the path. Then have another tree ready to fall over when they stop. We knock that over behind or on top of the truck to completely immobilize them. Then we shoot them and take the truck."

You rush up the road an set your traps, a pair of trees are felled then winched back up into the tree line, awaiting the moment.
A dozen caltrops are scattered in half rotten leaves that cover the pathway.

A battered RV slowly comes in to view, it's creamy brown paint is scabby with rust.
As it slowy crushes the caltrops under the tracks that have replaced it's wheels.

6 tree falls on engine

The RV roof crumples like a tin can as the massive oak crashes down on it.

With the RV immobilized, Kel slowly approaches the rear.

As Kel opens the rear doors, a tall woman leaps out, brandishing a short bull whip.

Kel is unphased as she fires up her swords, the electric crackles mixing with the two stroke whine of the chain sword.
Like a cobra she trusts her power sword forwards, shocking the woman as the blade stabs into her arm.

Kel's opponent lash's out with a high kick and nasty thump sounds as her jack boot hit kel's head.

Enrages she swings her chain sword down, it's teeth catch her knee cap, chewing tru flesh and bone with ease, the limb is all but severed when the blade kicks back, sparing the woman from the total loss of her leg.

As the others move in closer to the RV, as kel stands over the woman as her leg bleeds heavy.

As Nardo approaches the front, he can make out that the driver looks to have been crushed to death.

"Well i guess we'd best look at what is cargo is, any want to volunteer?" states Lucille as she maker way to the back of the RV.

Kyle goes to check out the back. He motions for someone to stabilize the woman and tie her up.

"Lucille, try to stop her from dieing on us." asks Kyle as he approaches the back.

The foul stink of sun cooked urine bites your noise as open the door.
it then that you see the cargo a dozen man and women, stark naked save fore the sacks tied over there heads, there hands are chained to roof.

"Shit why do all our plans screw up? what can we do now?" you hear Emily shout as shes starts swearing heavily and kicking the ground.

Tom looks in the cargo bay, frowning. He addresses the captives. "Slaves or kidnapped?"

Kyle shrugs.
"Doesn't really matter to me. We should probably let them go."

"Guess I can't restrain someone painlessly..."

Kel chuckled even as she came closer to a bunch of beings that could have passed for humans in right light conditions.

"Shall I put them out of misery?"

It really did not matter in the slightest. But Kel still felt that she should try and uncover true disposition of her new companions.
