That is true, but those are the only ones with a 1 mana cost.

Those are just one-mana creatures with that mana cost.  Actually, looking back at the OP, a creature limitation isn't specified at all, so that is probably overly restrictive.

DON'T SCARE THE NEWBS. I've updated the original post with the colours and their themes. We still need 2 players, though i may do a opening post regardless. I'm still to decide about post rate. Once a day for now, though i will slacken off when work gets on top of me.

Did you even look? A quick type search for "Dragon" comes up with folks of all colors. Relevant:
White
WUG, although Legendary and whatnot
Green
Blue
And that's just the first page. And it doesn't even count drakes and such.

Yeah, none of them are weak and cheap, but no dragons are, really.

Also, to be more specific, 15 dragons in White, Green, Blue, or some combination therein.  Gatherer has an astonishingly powerful search engine.
