Can anyone loan me a basic good at the beginning of next turn?  I'll pay it back at the end, assuming someone does production.  It's not like it really matters, though!

I have to admit, I laughed when random.org gave you a 1 for that project.

Oh, and I should mention that when Colonization is played and there aren't enough Colonists in the Pool, the remaining slots will be filled by Unskilled. Since that scenario is pretty much guaranteed at this point.
