The Great Dome Design Contest!

While it'd be great to have huge domes over your colonies for style points, you don't really have the resources for that at the moment. But you can hold a contest for the best design!

Toaster - [4] - Decent Success - Your team wins the contest with a design that is both snazzy, protective, and at least technically feasible!
notquitethere - [2] Failure - Your team had an interesting idea, but it was just far too expensive for anyone to even consider building.
