I'm thinking of Production and Trade definitely. Think we've got enough Colonists right now. Maybe Survey too? I'll get Production at any rate.

@notquitethere: Two things. 1st, your Contract for Basic Goods is still active. It only gets used if there aren't enough for you to buy when it gets around to you. Second, you got stuck with the Criminal that round, so your colony is slightly different from how you'd wanted it.

Sorry about the delay, everyone. Been busy or out with a nasty headache the past few days. Really meant to get to this earlier this week!
