Phases this round are Colonization, Trade, and Organization. Kashyyk will be taking First Player token in the Organization phase.

Colonization: Get stuck with an Unskilled.

Trade: Sell 2 Food, 1 Machine. (+8 Wealth) Buy 2 Basic Goods. (-10 Wealth) Contract for Basic Goods.

Organization: Organize a sandcastle-building contest!

Colonization:  Collect/reserve Expert.
Trade:  Sell two Basic Raw, buy Basic Goods.  (-1 W, -2 Basic Raw, +1 Basic Good)
Org:  Organize Karaoke Contest. 

Net:  -1 W, -2 Basic Raw, +1 Basic Good, +1 Expert

So I think I might Produce next turn. What were the rest of you thinking? Also, I am willing to train officers and soldiers on behalf of others for an appropriate price.

Colonization:  Claim Unskilled
Trade: Sell Soldier for 2vps, Buy Officer for 4vps.
Organization: Move Expert from Officer School to Colonial Centre and Skilled from Colonial Centre to Officer School. Put Officer in Officer School. Put unskilled in Barracks.


Net effect: -1 Soldier,  +1 Officer, +1 Unskilled, -2vps, some buildings staffed/unstaffed.

GreatWyrmGold: Sandcastle-building contest - [6] - A smash hit for your second Sand castle building extravaganza! A little too smash, though, as some people decided to put fireworks in their sand castles and the resulting chaos kinda messed with everything. But, still, great fun was had by all and there were only minor injuries.
 
Toaster: Karaoke Contest - [4] - Despite a few glitches with the equipment the Contest went quite well. People had fun and there are plans to hold such contests more often!

xelada: Dance Contest - [5] - Amazing performances all around. Stars are born, and a new Dance Craze has hit the Colony. Get ready to boogie!!
