You either need to get lucky and find a licence, or instead of murdering other people you can murder them, that can raise your bounty level though and until that goes down you might not be able to use villages, unless you don't mind more murdering.

Queen was not pleased with me....

also general tip, really don't skimp out on awakenings.
Well... considering it, murder is an all or nothing thing is it not?  A job well suited for my Knight's skill set.  Not die and kill things.

Coincidentally I just found a Dark brotherhood license in a dungeon, unfortunately I couldn't keep it.  :-\

On my murder spree, I ended up picking up 3 holy items, for hoarding.  They were heavy.  I had to drop all my healing items and the shield to carry em.  That ended up being the end of me around 300.

Sadly, I did not find many towns.  Only got 'level 2'.

This game is completely awesome.

I think OWH is worth it even at double the price. And until March 8 it's 15% off!

Totally worth the sacrifice of a McDonald's Big Mac.

Level 4 at Murder.
I brung a level 5 pet, it dies before I get to 100 km.  FML.  I traveled all the way to 400 km.  Get killed by a force user from the local town I think.  Maybe the Vampire did it, I had my back turned to him.  I was near full HP and in guard mode too.

...  Has anyone seen a recruitable NPC anywhere other then the special daily maps?

Haven't had much luck with the characters lately. Keep dying to stupid reasons... going to give the swordsmaster class a break.

Edit: HAHAHAHAHA! Someone else beat me to it, apparently! :D

Are you playing on the easiest difficulty? I'm pretty sure they don't show up on that one ("No Partners!").
