He's apparently decided that warring with Australia is the only thing for America to do.  No idea why, beyond "Don't care."  I'm kinda expecting impeachment for trying to start a war with an ally, myself.

ERROR: "All neutral land" is not a valid country.

Urist McDwarf, if you read the OP, you'll see that America is already taken. If Yourmaster is okay, you can co-manage the country (I'd suggest one plays Congress and the other play Obama).
