Let's Argue to Death!: Turn 4: Korean Invasion
« on: March 04, 2014, 05:04:31 am »

So this was inspired by this topic.

The idea is basically to codify somewhat the discussion. Each player will grab a country and manage in a increasingly volatile situation, that may or may not result in WW3 (but it's Bay12 after all).

The trick is that I'll roll for your actions depending on how well your case is made (Totally arbitrary I know). For example, if Russia want to convince North Korea to join it in war, it'll have to argue why Korea would follow it. Of course other players (or even non-players) can counter-argue.

Several players can co-control a country if they all agree to it. They can either hivemind the leadership, or each handle various branches of government (One could have a US President and a US Congress player for example).

World situation for Turn 1 is the real-world situation as of the 3rd of March 2014, 10 am GMT (So like one minute ago). From now on, timelines will diverge.

To apply just grab a country, or make a deal with another player if you both want to play the same country.

Application Form:
-Country
-Color (for map purpose)

I'm also posting to watch. One question: what actions can the countries take each turn?

Pretty much whatever you can think of. Some actions will take several turns to complete (Developing a nuclear program for exemple).

New Zealand shall discuss the annexation of Tasmania with Australia.

Arguments supporting this annexation: Tasmanians aren't really Australians anyway... (( :P ))
