Well, looks like you're stuck on 1st with Cmega, mastahcheese. Enjoy.

(updating later, don't have monster manual atm)

All of you go to sleep, except for Cromwell, who is on watch, and Damirion, who simply "enters trance".

You notice something! Or not. Damirion saw a bear or something after about two hours.

Suddenly, a pack of bears jump you!
A massive claw rips at Damirion's torso and deals ten damage!
A bear jumps into the fray and attacks everyone but Cromwell and Damirion!

Its claw glances off David's hide armor.
Keyleth is mauled heavily for 12 damage!
The bear's teeth are no match for Ghararn's armor.
The bear mauls Rhogar for 12 damage!
Erza is slashed for 11 damage!
The bear tears through Perrin's armor and deals 9 damage! (BOY you got lucky.)

Yes, Keyleth and Erza are on the same space. Don't ask, please. Same space stuff is going to work like DF here, by the way, as in only one person can stand in a space at a time but many can lay there.

Also, thoughts on the character color thing? I figured that the letters from last time were lame, so I thought it would be cool to fill your spaces with your colors and doodle little stick dudes to represent you. I hope you like my pac-bears.

I realized too late how this is likely going to play out like Cataclysm DDA if you guys aren't lucky.

((Reroll those hit dice! I've got Second Chance.))

"Yeep!"
Id Moss Powder, apply directly to the forehead! (2d10 + Dex mod + 1d8 + 1d10, Dex vs Reflex)
And then hide behind a tree.

Bears! We're under attack by bears! Wake up! ((combat leader +2 initiative to everyone))
Standard: Guarding Strike the bear, giving the defense bonus to myself.
Minor: pull out a bottle of alcohol.
Minor (move): Smash it on the ground in the bears space, creating a pool of alcohol.
Free: do everything possible to make myself the target for the bears.

Everyone get behind me! RIGHT NOW, ALL OF YOU! If any of you can give me some protection or healing, now would be a VERY good time, but whatever you do, STAY BEHIND ME!

((Everyone still has move actions left, so please move behind me. If you don't, my plan will be ruined.

Note: only do the bottle thing if the bear stays directly in front of me.

Also, on the topic of two players being in the same space, the rule book says basically what you said: they can, but one has to fall prone if they end their turn in the same space. They don't immediately fall prone upon moving into that space.))

Get behind the shouting guy, and either Eyebite a bear, or Evasive Strike if I can reach it with my move over to our Leader. Use my Quarry on the nearest bear.

((Just noticed something very important...))
Gharahrn wakes up with a roar!
Give these beasts a taste of my Lightning Breath!
If I can before he lets lose with this, shout a warning:
No, Gararhn! You'll light us all up, not just the bear!
((This is why I want everyone behind me, by the way.))

David leaps to his feet, slightly groggy, but still in the mood for some badassery. He takes a standing leap, over the bear and Rhogar, landing cleanly on his feet, even if he took a hit from the bear in the process.
A glowing rune hovers over bear, casting a warm light on those close to the beast.

Standard to Move: Stand.
Move: Long jump, taking a ten: 10+11 = two squares cleared. (AFAIK, jumping does provoke AoO.)
Minor: Cast Icon of Victory while in the air over the bear.

Spoiler: Icon of Victory (click to show/hide)

INITIATIVE

Bear One (near Damirion): 9
Bear Two (killing everyone else): 11
David: 15
Keyleth: 16
Ghararn: 20
Rhogar: 21
Cromwell: 10
Erza: 17
Perrin: 11
Damirion: 8

ORDER OF INITIATIVE IS THUS
Rhogar
Ghararn
Erza
Keyleth
David
Perrin/Bear Two
Cromwell
Bear One
Damirion

Alright, there. Initiative.

Also, I fixed the random encounter monsters thing. Sorry about that, I had been making a lot of metagame jokes with friends recently and sorta spilled over.

"You're going to suffer, you damn beast!"

Move: Activate my Ethereal Stride power and teleport 3 squares North.
Minor: Use my curse. It should pin itself on the bear that hit me, since it's closest.
Standard: Blast the bear that I cursed with Eldritch Blast.
Free Action: Activate my Infernal Wrath power after using my curse.

((Question for the GM: Does teleporting 3 squares count as moving for my Shadow walk power to activate? This is important as it count provide CA for me this turn!))

((Every time I've ever played it has. It just says movement, not any kind in particular. Even Misty Step (a reaction move) should work.))

I'll wait for the Bear 2 to take its turn before I decide what to do.

Ok then. You manage to anger the bears enough to get them to come at you. You'd better hope your armor holds up.

Gharahrn wakes up with a roar!
Give these beasts a taste of my Lightning Breath!

Rhogar convinces you to get behind him before you can pull off lightning breath.

"You're going to suffer, you damn beast!"

Move: Activate my Ethereal Stride power and teleport 3 squares North.

((Yes, it counts.))

You blast the nearest bear with eldritch energy after cursing it. You use your infernal wrath for yet more power. The bear noticeably seems weaker.

KEYLETH: WHAT DO YOU DO?

((Sorry, bears/Perrin/David/Damirion/Cromwell, Keyleth has yet to do anything. Also, Damirion, where are you going to cast Freezing Cloud? Either way, it would kill almost everyone except the bears.

Lastly, the frenzy attack has not recharged yet.))
