"Woops, my mistake!"

Roll down the rim and drink the hot chocolate and reroll the rim, all the while apologizing to the roll up the rim gods.

Purchase hot chocolate and drink it while watching curling. Roll up the rim afterwards.

Collect some of the bits of cold I've just chopped up and store them in my back pocket for later. Then search out the nearest pharmacist.

"Très bien! Je n'ai besoin pas ton poutine de merde!"

Revenir dans mon camion grumier. Arrêtez le fou à la hache.
You insult the woman's poutine, then storm out of the restaurant.
[4+1]
You walk to your truck, swearing the whole time. Your swears are punctuated by the vapour coming out of your mouth.
[1]
Your truck is completely stuck in the snow.

Canadian my way out!
[1]
Some sacrifices need to be made. You bite the tip of your tongue off.
[6+1]
"Ow! THA FUKIG HURS!" The snow begins melting around you.

"Woops, my mistake!"

Roll down the rim and drink the hot chocolate and reroll the rim, all the while apologizing to the roll up the rim gods.
You carefully roll down the rim, then drink the hot chocolate. (+1 to the next cold resistance roll)
You roll the rim back up and apologize to the roll up the rim gods. Yup, you still won a snowblower.
The Canadian gods are forgiving ones.

Purchase hot chocolate and drink it while watching curling. Roll up the rim afterwards.
You buy a hot chocolate for a toonie. Then you sit down and watch curling while drinking it. (+1 warmness)
You marvel at the skill, grace, strength, and precision of the players. You rrroll up the rrrim and win
[6]
You win a ticket to the Montreal Maroons first game in over 70 years!

Collect some of the bits of cold I've just chopped up and store them in my back pocket for later. Then search out the nearest pharmacist.
You shove some cold air into your pockets
[4+1]
Where it is quickly warmed up by your body heat.
You trudge through the meter high snow on your way to the pharmacy.

Check for my Canadian-Make gun.
An older gentleman with hair styled to look like moose antlers parks his moose near the doors.
You have a sawed-off ross rifle concealed under your coat.
He enters the restaurant and sits at your table.

Get exposition on Gustav.
You're about to ask about Gustav when the ceiling breaks. The snow clears and you see a 7 foot tall man, carrying a gatling gun and wearing a bear skull as a mask.
It says in a low, rumbling voice "I am Gustav the Destroyer. Who needs to be destroyed?"

The girl at the counter heads into the back room.

"These people probably need help!"

Wait for the girl who was at the counter to come back in order to exchange the rim for the snowblower.

Knock on the door of the back room, apologize, and ask if the serving girl will please let me in. Explain that I am a Tim Horton's employee and would like to take shelter back there.

Get up, get out, find car. If possible to use car for escape back home, use car for this purpose. If not, try running to a different shelter.

((Question - when you say it's -30 degrees outside, do you mean Celsius or Fahrenheit?

EDIT: oh, wait, no, that's actually not a significant difference. Still, would be good to know.))

((I don't think it ever makes a difference in Canada...))

((Well, -30F is about -35C. Both -30C and -35C aren't really levels of cold that would classify as extreme, and are pretty survivable most of the time. If it was, say, -50C, then we'd be in real trouble.))
