>DISPLAY LOG::PLAY::Another piece of that mystery armor, and more of those annotated Ad-Mech rituals. Certainly many interesting things to be had here huh...

>DISPLAY LOG::PLAY::More folks have arrived, including relatives of Cobra and Tanner. Cousins specifically, but still relatives. Not much else to say on the matter, just wish these folks coming out to find us for whatever fucked up reason would wait until we can actually support them with clean drinking water.

>DISPLAY LOG::PLAY::Forgot to mention a while back, that the crate was indeed PDF! And what's better, the armor fit me, and we have enough autoguns to go around of the few of us who know how to use rifles. Artyom's been obsessing over the flak helmet though, saying something about the radio looking like it got boiled in water and said if he found out some PDF trooper used that helmet as a soup bowl he'd personally “beat his head in with a big spanner.” Pretty sure he's been trying to fix it for the last week. Anyway, some of us finally have beds to call our own thanks to one of the new guys making some ferrum-framed cots. A little rickety, but I'm not complaining. Bed's a bed.
On that not, we got a new addition to team alpha, Nina Farr. Has a few kills under her belt if the others are to be believed, couple scavvies.

>DISPLAY LOG::PLAY::Ratskins are here, which is good. Means they may have some kit we can barter for. Gotta say, they seemed slightly stunned to see Nina, Cobra, and myself escorting them in. Might've been the fact we all had loaded bandoliers and working guns or might've been the flak armor. Artyom's still trying to get that radio working and I'm pretty sure if he doesn't get it working soon he may pop a gasket and just yank it out of the helmet to melt down for scrap.

>DISPLAY LOG::PLAY::Ratskins came and went as normal, though they didn't have jack to trade this time around aside from a bit of spinewood, cloth, leather, and a bit of meat. Holds off starvation at least! Plus the topside defenses are almost done. Just gotta get the roofs made so nothing goes flying in to drop bombs on us or something.
Oh, and before I forget, we started to unseal those manuscript cases in the receiving bay. Tanner took care of it. Most of'em were empty, but we found quite a few neat little things!
Artyom says one of them is the schematics for a refinery for the isomeric promethium we've been finding in little pockets, and for some archeotec piece of machinery called a plasma lathe. Says we can't get one running without a fuel rod though. We got all the other parts, so this is a little annoying and I don't remember if Adam told the guys from home to try getting a fuel rod for us.

>DISPLAY LOG::PLAY::Seems like we got some more travelers on the horizon. First to arrive was Ivan and Angus' older brother David and his family. Damned goods thing the Lowes aren't some cult, or we'd have no chance once their juves come of age. David also knows his way around a rifle, as does a woman named Jaenum, so I had them form Militia Team Beta. Nina and Augustus' son Latras and his family showed up too. I'm also noticing a pattern: Everyone who knows how to fight says they participated in a battle at some place called Jade Shaft.
Also a woman named Modi who actually has a little medical “training.” Evidently being on a battlefield without a biologis adept or a gang medic means you learn to treat musket and blade wounds quick or your friends die. Good thing she showed up before we had any real injuries, uh... If Artyom or Cobra is listening to this, I didn't mean that like you bite wound or knocked out tooth were real injuries, I just... Ah forget it.
UPDAAAAAAATE! So, we lucked out big time on shit to have found. Most of the manuscript cases were indeed empty, but we got some holding very important items: Refinery and plasma lathe schematics. We also got more Lowes. Evidently they got themselves rooted into damn near everywhere in our little corner of the underhive and now they're all flocking here, resulting in a single clan having majority in the Abbey. Guess we can say we're now of House Lowe or something like that.
Also, rather unbelievably, out of all the migrants we got exactly one relationless migrant: Aseaheru Dalton, a great animal caretaker. We also got a woman with medical skills, and a rediculous number of militarily skilled adults now. At some point before the Abbey's foundation there was a good sized battle at a place called Jadeshaft, and many of our hivers fought there, including most of the Lowes. Some of our people have close to a dozen scavvies or plague zombies to their name (scavvies herd them towards what needs killing and then kill the left overs.)
To those of you waiting on people, we may start getting more who can be assigned to the roles you wanted, but do note Asea may have been a fluke and we'll just end up with more Lowes.
