When he comes back, Minako has the player working.

Rose smiles and makes herself seated next to Shinji.

 "Oh please excuse me a moment. I have to borrow someone's window."
Minako leaves, leaving Rose and Shinji alone as a romance movie plays on the television. Rose blushes.

"Well you did make it so, um, you should kinda know how good it is, right? Like, how well made it is I mean."

Shinji also blushes.
"Um..."
She nods.

"Well... We've been over this before. I could never do as something cool like that in a million years. So it's kinda special to me, you know?"
