"Because Keith, that one mute boy in the swim team, hugged me and kissed me. I mean, I originally thought that I liked Rose but then I liked Keith."

"Do you like butterflies or moths? Or buttermoths?"

"I don't see why butterflies are called butterflies. You don't see any flying butter. Why not call them flutterflies, because they flutter in the air? At least moths don't have a silly name that has to do with butter."
