 "She obviously suffered horrible physiological trauma in her childhood somewhere, which led her to an adolescence of isolation and dismay."

 "Catatonic shock is a terrible thing. You literally can't move, it locks all motor functions in the body. You're just left to tremble as flashbacks and things come to mind." he says, seeming quite knowledgeable on the subject.
