Aiko stops dead and turns to the presense, tilting her head.
Kano gives a weak wave to Haruka and rolls over to her.

 "Hello Haruka."

Shinji rushes over and grabs the fallen pot, righting it.
"Don't think you saw that. Sorry."

"Hello, Kano-sempai." Haruka smiles.

Aiko just remains silent, looking at the sound.
"Yep. What have you been doing?"

"Yeah." Shinji tilts his head at Aiko.
"Not much, except helping out with the club and student council. You?"

 "Who are you?" she says, moving where she's an inch from his face.
"Wallowing in the constant pain I feel every moment of the day. Don't let that worry you, though."

"Furukawa Shinji. You?"
She chuckles. "Don't tempt me."

 "Aiko Setou."
"I won't." he says with a smile, probably the first one Haruka has seen in days.

"Nice to meet you, Setou-san."
"You look so adorable when you smile, you know~"

Aiko nods.
"You do too." Kano remarks.

Shinji rubs the back of his head. "You, uh, were doing something?"
"Wow, you seem...happier today. What's up, Senpai?"

 "Oh. Right."
Aiko walks into the girls' restroom.
"Having one of my good days. Plus there's a sparkling array of sunshine in front of me."

Shinji walks off.
"Where?"

 "Two paces to my front, 13 degrees left relative to my center line of sight." he says, referring to Haruka.

She looks behind her.
"Hm...maybe the lucky girl ran off...."
