Riko is around, since USEC wants her to get some last second characterization in before this thing ends. Mostly so that what she'll do afterwards doesn't suddenly come out of the blue. Which means that she may or may not run into Yumi, Takako, Kennith or some other random PC that isn't occupied right now.
