The cooldown rule was always aimed at the winner to stop lucky people from winning several times in a row, not to stop losers from reentering the next week if they didn't win.

You can reapply whether you win or lose, but I limit it to 8 entries per week. New entries get priority over re-appliers, and winners after that if any slots are open.

Since the budget is so high, yet the play with friends section is so slow; I could start the LP stimulus again if enough people want. Where you name a game, find someone who's willing to LP it, and then I'd buy the game for them.

And if you fail to fulfill your LP, I glare at you, and stuff.
