In any case, let me set things straight.
The goal is for you to spend money that would otherwise be spend on snacks. (With the overall goal of being less fat, but I'll handle the things not money->game related).
Use that money to buy games.
The system in the OP helps choose in the interest of fairness.
Money that is spent on snacks is money not added to the money-> game budget. So you're here to encourage NO SNACKING.

The "role-playing" (Can we really call it that), is just something pulled out of thin air.

Huh. I thought the flavoring was silly roleplay stuff. In that case I apologize.

I wouldn't feel too bad about ten dollars a week though. I'd lose count on how much Janet spends on snacks in a week, though she burns a lot of calories.

Playing games will only make you fat FATTY. I vote for buying one snack, tying it on a string at the end of a stick, and duct taping the stick to your head. Now go outside and start running around.

Snack ideas? A vegan friend of mine runs a vegan snack food blog. Definitely healthier than most snack food, but unfortunately slightly more expensive due to real ingredients and such. Although, as she mentions in her review of some kale chips, some of the best snacks are ones you make yourself.

Homemade trail mix (substituting chocolate for something else like raisins if you're so inclined) or kale chips are good, and easy to make yourself.

And if none of the above tickle your fancy, hummus and pita bread is my personal favourite snack. Or cut up apples. Hawt damn. Hummus and pita is good for a cheap quick light meal though, which is great for a university student like myself.
