Technically, it does, this was established in one of the earlier posts but wasn't added to the OP, whoops.

In any case, it doesn't stop you from applying, but if we hit the limit of 8 and someone else applies, your application will be pushed out.

4. Light Carriers Hiyou and Jun'you were originally passenger liners "Izumo Maru" and "Kashiwara Maru", respectively. The title "Converted Civilian Cruise Liner" along with the change of name is similar to that and also works as a sort of joke:

- Huge Capacity. (Fatty)
- Paper-thin hull/armor
- Luck of 1.

I'm not entirely sure how we went from characters in a murder mystery to some warship card game, but I like it!

Except for the thin hull, sounds just like Titanic, or more recently capsized/grounded cruise ships.
Titanic's hull was among the thickest of it's time, it just wasn't particularly well engineered, and thus vulnerable to icebergs (among other hazards not mitigated by a single-walled hull)

If you're referencing something else entirely, well, I'm lost :P

In either case, it's been a decently smooth transition from one game to a completely unrelated other game. Well done! :D

That's pretty much it, the paper hull was due to the fact that most ships by WWII were packing AP shells which would grind down single-hull configurations.
