How would you like the battle map to be drawn?

Stick dudes in colored squares
Character initials in black and white
Everyone invents character symbols and I use those

Ok then, now I need to try to shorten the descriptions of each power to fit the boxes..
Also, please tell me if there is something I am missing and/or mistakes I made.
And would it be weird if I, as a Paladin, was wielding a spear instead of a sword and shield?

Edit: Can I suggest something? You could in the 1st post, link to each character's sheets.

Go ahead good sir!

The RP here... well, if it were light on it,  would that be good or bad? I'm not sure what everyone else might think of, so I'll wait for them to weigh in.

So how will dice rolls work here?
Will you do all the rolls to be sure things go fairly?

Si, senor.

I shall return tomorrow, as it is approaching the time at which it would be rude to call me, courtesy of this comic: http://xkcd.com/1335/

So, considering this might be my first DnD game, any tips? What classes do we need?
Well, there are four roles, Leader, buffing and healing, Defender, tanking, Striker, damage dealing and Controller, crowd control. We could really use either a Striker or a Controller, but a Defender wouldn't go amiss either. DON'T BE A LEADER, WE ALREADY HAVE THREE!

The RP here... well, if it were light on it,  would that be good or bad?
It would be on the bad side of bad for me, but as long as you give out a good mix of skill challenges and out of combat experiences, I'll be a happy camper.

So what does the leader role do, exactly?

Generally making his companions better. For instance, as a Runepriest, I can heal and throw around defensive and offensive bonuses.
Edit: For instance, I have a passive aura. It either gives allies +1 to attack enemies adjacent to me, or adjacent allies resist 2 damage.

So our current party is looking like this, right?

Runepriest
Monk
Warlord
Cleric
Paladin

So far, it looks like it.
Also, do you see any problems with my character sheet?
I would like to know if there are problems, mistakes or other things I may have forgotten.

Firstly, HP is stated value, 15 in your case, plus CON score, so your HP will be 26.
Secondly, armor and weapons are important.
Thats all I can see.

My Monk should fill the Striker role pretty well (once I finish her sheet, anyway). Heavy on the melee-range damage and easy movement, not much in the way of support abilities.

That should do it then.. think my choice of weapon is strange? Will it work?

Reach weapons are totally viable.

Yeah, if there won't even be a map, then about 80% of my general strategies don't work. But I'd still be willing to play. Would you accept hybrid classes?

Sure, hybrid classes are fine, I guess. I mean, with proportionate limits, verily. No fighter-paladin-rouge-druid-wizard-warlock-ranger-clerics who gain ~10 powers on level up, sorry.
It's a good thing hybrid classes don't work like that.

I shall make a character when I feel like it. I'll probably see what roles are covered by the current party, and then completely ignore it and make what I feel like.

Might as well chalk it up to Pathos.
As this point we might as well invoke interpretive dance and call it a day.

I think I'll join this as a Warlock, of all things. We need SOMEONE who is questionably evil in this party! Give me a bit to figure out a sheet.

If you make a leader, I will find where you live, and smack you silly.
