Okay, for my 3rd level Encounter Power I will take Undeniable Incitement, found in the Psionic Power supplement.

Your psionic summons pulls an enemy to you, then the immovable force of your presence sends it hard to the ground.

Target: One creature
Attack: Dexterity vs. Will
Hit: You pull the target 1 square. lf the target ends that movement adjacent to you, it takes 2d6 + Dexterity modifier damage and falls prone. You gain a +2 power bonus to AC until the end of your next turn.

Movement Technique
Move Action Personal
Effect: You move your speed. You do not provoke opportunity attacks when moving away from enemies adjacent to you at the start of this movement.

I also want to retrain from Crane's Wings to Steel Wind, also found in the Psionic Power supplement.

This should give me another solid single-target attack power as well as greatly improve my ability to fight mobs. I'm getting rid of Crane's Wings because it's effect runs counter to to my build (pushing enemies away is kinda useless for Deadly Draw/Flurry of Blows) and the jumping ability is slightly redundant now that I can fly.

Eh... level up stuff, right. First off, I seem to have misread the hit points section for my class, and as such now have 33 hit points and 9 healing surges per day.

At third level I gain Death Attack, which should be quite useful.

Benefit: When you hit an enemy with a melee or a ranged attack that deals damage, you can choose to reduce the enemy to 0 hit points automatically if it has 10 hit points or fewer after the damage is dealt.

Assassin's Strike now does +2d10 damage, rather than +1d10.

I think that's everything.

Edit: I found that rule, only magic weapons with Light Throw or Heavy Throw return to the owner/bearer when thrown.

Encounter: STR vs. AC Melee
1[W]+STR radiant damage and one ally becomes invisible to the target until end of your next turn.
If Rune of Destruction, if invisible ally's next attack before the end of the power is against AC, it is against Reflex if that is lower.
If Rune of Protection, ally can use free action to shift up to [WIS Mod] squares.

Yes. David wouldn't pawn it off to an unsuspecting merchant, or one who would resell it, or sell it to a wizard- he's had a bad experience with them recently. He wouldn't destroy it, because someone put a lot of effort into it, so he'll keep it safe by hiding it away.
