FIGHT THEM OFF.

Roll: 40 + 2 Strength + 1 Agility = 43

Kyle starts spinning his sword, creating a massive tornado that picks up everything in its wake, utterly entrapping the tortoises and chickens. The tornado seems unstoppable as the walls start to crumble and the ground beneath begins to crack. Flames shoot out from under the tornado, setting it on fire and incinerating everything within.

"So what was the riddle? Also is there any chance you could help me pacify these man-eating chickens?"
Attempt to pacify these chickens.

Roll: 7 + 2 Spirit = 9

The wight shrugs, amused by the huge fiery tornado in the middle of the room. "You may want to get your body out of here. Soon."

Hadouken out of the snorlax's stomach

Roll: 2

Ket tries to shoot an energy ball out of her palms to break out of Snorlax's stomach, but it's no use, and only goes to slightly annoy the Snorlax. The creature rubs its stomach with a frown on its face, as if having a tummy ache.

Joan walk back to the hole
:"So, this plant grew...Ket?"
Jump down using the monster as a tamplean.

Roll: 8 + 1 Agility = 9

Joan jumps down the hole into the kitchen, trying to bounce off the Snorlax. As she lands on its rubbery body, she slips and lands hard on her back. The Snorlax sees Joan, and starts to move towards her, licking its lips. As he is about to grab her, a mysterious guy with red hair and a mechanical sword jumps out and blocks the Snorlax. He takes Joan to safety, fighting off the massive clawed arms. Jumping on a stool, he declares with an annoying pose: "the Defender of Justice is here."

The Ghost Chef, seeing all the chaos happening in his kitchen, asks Joan if she wants to make a deal with him. The Chef asks her if she can get the head of the carnivorous plant in the lobby so he can use it to free Ket from the belly of the Snorlax. The Chef hands her a large ladder to get to the previous floor, and grumbles about Snorlax eating all his ingredients. The Chef then steps away and creates a Food Monster to attack the Snorlax, keeping it completely distracted.

Django begins to meditate, and soon finds himself in the spirit realm. Suddenly, Django notices a weird and eerie sound coming from somewhere in the darkness...

Kyle leaves the fiery tornado as the ground splits and crumbles down into oblivion. As Kyle climbs up to the dark lobby, he accidentally steps in a puddle of honey, temporarily reducing his Agility by 1.

Joan looks around for a knife with which to behead the plant, but isn't able to find one.

Django walks around, looking for the eerie sound... but isn't able to locate it. Where'd it go?

Enter the spirit realm, say hello to the chef

The Ghost Chef appears oblivious to Ket's greeting, continuing to play around with ingredients on his own.

Meanwhile, the Defender of Justice begins to fight the Snorlax. Snorlax starts with a Body Slam... but it's not very effective. However, this gives Snorlax the chance to eat the Defender of Justice. It was very effective... until the Defender draws his drill sword and punctures through the Snorlax's belly, carrying Ket with him. The Snorlax was fine even with a broken belly, but then the Defender cast a gigantic drill into its face. The creature wobbles a bit and finally falls to the ground.

The Defender of Justice then teleports to a dark and unknown location. The area lights up with torches. It appears to be an arena, as the torches reveal the monstrous chickens and tortoises that have the Defender surrounded. The Defender does his annoying pose, and begins to fight the creatures. Who is this young boy? What's up with his weapon? Is he another mortal, trapped within Motel Hell?

I exit the spirit realm and escape up the rope.

Manly exits the spirit realm and escapes up the rope, meeting Kyle in the dark lobby. Manly also accidentally steps in the puddle of honey, receiving a temporary -1 to Agility.



Some adjustments to rolls:

Instead of rolling 1-40 for bolded actions, players now roll 1-20 where 20 is the new 40. It's essentially a buff for attributes.

If multiple players are performing bolded actions towards the same purpose (ie lifting an object, fighting, etc) the player who rolled the highest gets a bonus equal to half the sum of the other rolls. So if two rolls are 15 and 10, the 15 gets +5 bonus and becomes 20.[/center]

In the dark, Kyle stumbles into a dove. Startled, the creature begins flapping its wings and flying around the room.

Django: Attempt to eat the mushrooms.

Django floats back to his body and tries to grab the mushroom pieces, but his incorporeal hands go right through. He decides to return to his body to eat the mushroom pieces. Om nom... Suddenly, Django gets a very bad headache. He can't help but shout out in pain as two massive protrusions erupt from his head. Once the pain has diminished, Django notices that his surroundings seem a bit different, even in the dark. Django now has +10 to all Strength rolls.

Manly: Reenter the spirit world and go into the kitchen.
5 + 2 Spirit = 7
Manly re-enters the spirit world and floats into the missing floor tile, expecting to enter the kitchen... but that's not where he finds himself.

Ket: Reenter body, pick up and look at bible(?)
18 + 2 Intelligence = 20
Ket obtains Book.
Ket picks up the book on the ground. She looks at it, noticing that the cross on the cover is inverted. Ket opens the book and recognizes that the text is written in pure Latin. While kneeling, Ket notices a red amulet sitting under the table.
Ket obtains Red Amulet.

In the kitchen, the Food Monster eats the dead Snorlax and becomes bigger. The Ghost Chef says "Chinga a tu madre, pendejo..." The words sound almost Latin to Ket.

Something compels Joan to step forward. As her foot lands, the floor underneath opens up, and she falls into the arena. She sees the Defender of Justice doing his annoying pose, and dead tortoises and giant chickens everywhere covered in their own blood.
