Kyle: Start the device.
Total roll: 35
Kyle pushes the start button, and the machine goes crazy, breaking off the ground and jumping all over the place. The tortoises become fascinated by the device, and begin chasing it.

Ket: With or without success, she crept over the the cupboard and slid them open, looking for anything useful, stopping if it sounded liek ti would make noise.
Total roll: 15 + 2 = 17 (+2 Agility bonus)
Ket quietly searches the room and obtains a Piece of Corn and a Blue Fish.

Manly: Help the specter remember the riddle.
Total roll: 9 + 3 = 12 (+3 Intelligence bonus)
The wight turns to Manly: "Of course! Thanks for reminding me. I guess I won't kill you then, mortal."

Django: meditate to find out about their composure and origin
Total roll: 14 + 1 = 15 (+1 Spirit bonus)
Django senses the mushroom's spiritual presence, and sees a far away tropical island, with trees of various colors. Its spirit seems detached from its physical form.

Joan goes to the hole and lean over

Nothing happens.

...

Suddenly, the whole world blips.

Joan is back to where she was, next to the painting of the fake door. Django finds himself back in the puddle of honey near the paper cage. Ket returns to the spot where she fell into the kitchen, and notices that her Piece of Corn and Blue Fish are missing. The specter is turning away from Manly, as if it were trying to remember its riddle. The device appears in front of Kyle, and is no longer active, as the tortoises return to their original locations as well.

Ket notices a book fall out of the shelves in the kitchen, as if pushed by a ghost. At the same time, a rat pops up in the corner of the room. An image flashes in everyones' minds:



The mushroom begins to talk: "Look, your friend just got into the kitchen. Would you like to pick me up and cook some delicious mushroom soup???" The Snorlax wakes up and begins eating all of the food in the kitchen, some of which appear poisonous and overdue. In the basement, the wall behind Kyle begins to crack and soon breaks leaving a large hole... but nothing comes out of it. Two man-eating chickens emerge from the tortoise passage.

The sprout has undergone a violent mutation.

Joan keep a safe distance from the plant
:"Do you by any chance talk?"
She asked the plant

A ghost of a chef appears in the kitchen. He seems to be casually preparing for dinner.

Turn it on again.

Help with the riddle again.

Begin bringing the spirit back into the mushrooms by chanting a song of guidance

Physically say hello to the ghost

Also gather the mushrooms.
"Hey guys what happened. I mean we were relocated and such, I think we have to work something out. These mushrooms talk to me, man."

The plant seems to have no response.

Kyle: Turn it on again.

The device starts buzzing and punching the tortoises in front of it, distracting them and delaying their advance. However, it isn't enough. The tortoises begin to pounce onto Kyle. Meanwhile, two more man eating chickens emerge from the hole behind Kyle. They flock around him with hungry beaks.

Manly: Help with the riddle again.
21 + 3 Intelligence = 24
The wight makes a gesture of gratitude.

Django: Begin bringing the spirit back into the mushrooms by chanting a song of guidance. Also gather the mushrooms.
11 + 1 Spirit = 12
Django chants a song of guidance to find the Mushroom's spiritual presence, but he can't seem to detect it anywhere.
Django tries to gather the mushrooms, but they break to pieces and the smell of rotten fish fills the air. The lights suddenly go out.

Ket: Physically say hello to the ghost

The ghost doesn't seem to notice her. Suddenly, the Snorlax turns around, grabs Ket, and eats her!
