Weapon: Bow with weak nausea poison arrows.
I'm afraid I'm not going to give you poison arrows to start. You can have arrows that cause mild nausea if they pierce somebody's gall bladder though.
So in!

The IC thread is up

and if you want anything with poison I think you can guess which contract would help with that.

Since I didn't make the initial group, I've a question relating to classes. I can't actually have a class until a PC creates it, right?

Dragon turtle doesn't breathe fire.

Not that it often does classically, anyway.

It has dragon in the name. It breathes fire. I promise to defy this logic at some point. But for now, it holds. :)

Further, dragon turtles first appear in Chinese mythology as a simple combination of a dragon and a turtle. And their dragons breathe fire.

I got my idea of a combat system put up. Tell me what you think. Also, I'm gonna throw up a survey so you can give me preliminary thoughts right now.

Name: Dave D. Davidson
Race: Human
Class:
Description/Bio: Dave was a dreamer. He would spend his days dosing lucidly and imagining great things. Then, on his fourteenth birthday his mother said "Your a grown man Dave get the hell out of my house you freeloader!" So from that day onward he became a sellsword fighting with techniques perfected in his dreams.
((Is magic a thing? Also, can I change my race/class as new ones are unlocked by the active players?)

I think the first players are getting kind of screwed...
But the beautiful thing is that you can then make characters again, if you like. Plus, the newbies only get skills that you have already gotten. Only way you're getting screwed is race. Classes are created by you.

I'm going to make a bow-serker.

It's like a regular beserker who uses axes. But with bows.

Sounds great to me. Get the relevant skills together, and then see some form of scribe to codify it into a class. Then new players can use it. Or, if this character dies, you can make a new character that isn't starting from scratch.
