Alyce ensured the watch fire was burning brightly. She nodded to Kyle, once more standing guard.

Sitting down close to the fire, the occasional yawning Gunnar saw it a fitting time to speak.

"So... anyone of us lot know how to pick a lock? Y'know, I really would like to know what's in that chest I found..."

If one paid attention to his gaze while he spoke, it clearly swayed more to Kyles side than to Alyce'.
For whatever reasons.

"Either way, I won't hog all of it, if there even is anything good in it. Or more than one piece. I'll be content with the first pick."

Having said that, he yawned once more - his sleepy gaze betraying any appearance or hopes of him keeping guard this night.
Sleep - after maybe chatting a bit more, that is.
