Week 22: No progress, but done with all the outdoor stuff and some financial stuff, hopefully be able to concentrate more now (and giving up on my web host so website down till I care to work on it anyway and then transfer domain to new host)

Week 23: slight progress, people still finding stuff for me to do so still exhausted this week.  Got minor UI stuff done for unit active and stack selection.

Week 25: decent amount done, I suppose.  Got the basic ui stack selection and target selection working, yay.  Gotta do ability/command select/use next.

Week 26: Did some ability tweaking and got my action selector working, and some pref-targeting from stack selection (but forgot to put it in gif, ah well). 

Now that Hazeron is gone, gonna have lots more free time at least, I guess.  RIP.

Week 27 updated: Didn't get too much chance to work on it due to ~4 days of outdoor work (and some indoor work as well), and I mostly did website stuff: boards up, theme hunting, minor finagling with Joomla to add twitter feed, etc).

For what I did do, made a simple highlighting system for stacks, and working on syncing for movement purposes.

Week 28 updated: Mostly travel and recovery this week (visited Haxus: developer from Shores of Hazeron).  Did some more highlighting work, nothing major.

Week 29 updated: Got a little done every day, getting back into it.  Worked on the sync system and got stacks properly syncing and unsyncing, and units can delay now so that they can let the stack catch back up to resync for easier movement.   Some misc stuff with unit highlighting done that needs more, but other than a few more tweaks about to move to something else with it... possibly equipment and paper-doll.

Week 30 updated: made my auto-sync button and then worked on inventory basics (display, selection, etc), still working on use.  Will also need to make a selector thing that lets you choose targets within range (stack and then specific unit, of course, or just a tile if its that type of item, etc); some of its already drawn out so just need to put it in.

Week 31 updated: basic item use works, got min range and max range, consume and charges, etc (just to go make them actually work, and get selection locked down).  Plan to do equipment this week.

First gotta peel myself away from Wasteland 2 though.

Week 32 updated:  Basic equipment (or at least weapons) done:  displays simple slots with the item equipped and relevant stats: base damage and actual damage based on the character using it (for basic melee attack).  Abilities are setup to be able to use all sorts of stuff from equipment / characters to modify how effective they are (TU cost based on weapon, dmg based on stats, etc). 

Going to finish doing armor (and make it simple) then make sure you can drop/pickup/equip/trash items (full item loop, sans selling I suppose), plus make the slimes drop stuff on death (start of the 'playable game' loop).  Probably will make coinage in there somewhere as well.

Week 33 updated: Got quite a bit done this week at least: Armor, item drop/pickup, gold drop from enemies, enemy loot tables, enemy experience drop, etc.  Now starting the basics for the 'town' for a starting location, recruiting, shopping, etc.

Week 34 updated: Worked on town screen and some back end stuff.  Got basic town screens drawing, buttons working (mostly), and part of the shop screen implemented for buying/selling and looking at item stats and all that rot, and working on redoing some of the item stat things.  Continuing on town stuff and inventory stuff this week... at least till Grimrock 2 comes out :P
