Oh, @Tawa: If you're unsure how to progress--strike up a chat with someone here. Anyone, (put pertinent Mafia stuffs too) and you could then talk casually.

Like for example, I can ask Deathsword how he's doing in Brazil and the status of the storm (also what's your favorite flavor of ice cream, DS? Why?) yet also ask him this: Deathsword, when do you differentiate a scumslip from a newb/lazy slip?
It's march, and march means storms all over the country. I don't really like ice cream since it usually results in whole lot of teeth pain, but on the rare occasions I eat it, I prefer lime. As for your game-related question: I differentiate between them when either it happens more than once, or when whomever did it refuses/fails to provide a defense for the slip.

Personally, I did my best to locate any scummy activity and found none so far. I negated my previous pressure vote out of politeness, and I couldn't think of anyone else to pressure; I didn't want to join the two wagons, seeing as how I consider that behavior scummy, didn't want to place a second randomvote, and I can't think of a second candidate for pressuring. And now it's too late for a second randomvote.
So I'm following the other players' conversations and looking for scummy behavior without hunting it down; waiting out the clock on Day 1, if you will.

I am inclined to believe that both Imperial and Twar are playing poorly, but not scum.
That said Imperial saying "you'll regret lynching me" was a dick move. If you guys fell like the risk of him being scum is too high, I recommend that we Jail him. Jailing will show us his loyalty, and it will keep him out of the game until day 4, about the time that town goes into lylo, and a great time for a confirmed town (or a confirmed scum) to show up.

WhitiusOpus: From what I have seen, your votes seem more focused around getting a lynch than lynching scum. You have also failed to respond to several people's questions regarding your motivations.

Fake Edit: Since we are not always killing players during the day Lylo will likely be delayed (not turn 4).

I fail to see why we should go all the way into a jailing, why not just do a beating? We'll still get his loyalty.

MastahCheese: A confirmed town is usually a very good thing for town, but without some form of Doctor intervention I do not see any confirmed town surviving more than one day. If I had to chose between confirmed town on day 3 or day 5, Day 5 seems like a better option. If we lynch him we likely lose his night actions regardless. (either he is scum, or he is night killed upon release)

They would have one day of interacting with the town, then (if they proved to be a significant threat to scum, they would likely be killed that night). The exact powers of each role are unknown, but consider how dangerous a confirmed town claiming cop would be. Would you take that risk as scum?

When does a sentence end?
A sentence of removal from the game ends after a night and one or two day-night cycles has gone by, depending on what lynch option was used.  For example, if you jail three scum in a row, then during the night directly following the third jailing all scum would be in jail, thus theoretically ending the game.
So whoever can protect can protect said person.
And no, I'd not take that risk--I'd target anyone else but that person. The Twilight sentence is different from the lynch in that there's a choice.

The fact that no one is pushing a case other than the two main lynches concerns me. Tawarochir is new, and Imperial Guardsman is behaving normally, so I have a neutral read and both of them.

WhitiusOpus, case on Imperial?

You may so from experience that the way IG is acting is normal from him, but I don't know him as well. Currently, I'm going of my readings of people based on some finished games that I've read. IG's behavior, whether on purpose or not, seems scummy.

Beat me, so you can see Im telling the truth and that I am a loyalist.

Also, this seems like a good plan. But also given by the one we are persecuting, with the risk that entails. Personally, I'm in favor of it. We don't need a Hammering on D1 if we can use different means.
