Turns will be processed at the end of each season. If a player does not submit an action within 36 hours of the last turn, their go may be taken by the mod. If a player is skipped twice in a row, they may be put up for replacement.
well, it seems NQT lucked in this time.

((It's probably not beyond reason to assume Dariush would spend his turn reconquering 2 of his cities, and then like, cerapa's desert or something with the leftover action))

Babe had made the long trek through the interconnected tunnels and walls of Babelon to the plains of the northern peninsula for the start of the conquering season. From the heights of the Tower there, he could barely discern the shoreline of the Ent homeland in the distance. He had no intention of going any closer than this, but since the main push would be here he wanted to be nearby to receive up to date battle reports.

Blocks of Babelonian pikemen marched toward the ocean and their waiting transports, their newly minted halberds held aloft proudly. Morale was high; they had defeated the Trolls, and they had beaten back the Djinn. Babe knew this new foe would be a much more difficult nut to crack. This time, they were marching against a weathered stump with gnarled roots deep in the earth. Progress would be slow, and paid in blood and bravery. No turning back now, though; they would break through to their swine brethren on the other side of the forest, or die trying.

"Up halberds and death to Ents!"

I'm sorry Dariush, I forgot to update it this time. Your lateness is therefore forgiven and I'll include your actions as normal. (Though, of course, you don't have the actions to retake 133, it lying across the river.)

What is it with all of you and attacking Darisuh? ???

Anyway, time to liberate some forests.

conquer: 33, 45,46,47
That leaves Cerapa at 10 pop.

For myself, that was just an attack of opportunity since I didn't have enough actions to hit another forest, and it looks like NQT is going to hamstring Dariush anyway- may as well bring that city over to the cause of murdering Ents, I say! 4 actions per conquer is... chewy.

If I were at equal pop with both monk12 and a1s, what would the turn order be?

It's in the numbered order of people's profiles (as shown in every season update). So:

1. cerapa
2. Monk12
3. a1s

Here's a sneak preview of the state of play at the moment:

Yes, that list is ordered in order of species+heresy.... or uh, I thought it was but now I'm recounting it I realise I've got it in slightly the wrong order. It should be:

1. Cerapa is Ent + Bountiful  (3+5)
2. a1s is Swine + Bountiful (13+5)
3. Monk12 is Swine + Builder (13+8)

I don't think this has affected anything just yet, but it's good that you pointed out the error now.

Full order, revised:

1. NQT is Human + Heterodox (1+1=2)
2. Cerapa is Ent + Bountiful  (3+5=8)
3. Dariush is Djinn + Leveller (4+9=13)
4. GWG is Merfolk + Aquatic (10+3=13)
5. a1s is Swine + Bountiful (13+5=18)
6. Monk12 is Swine + Builder (13+8=21)

Conquer 33, 49, 22(cant fort ocean)

Miscounted stuff a bit. I now share 12 pop with a1s, and Monk12 has 14.

Are cities +1 action to expand or only to conquer? (there are RP reasons to believe the latter, but as has been repeatedly pointed out- this is a board game, not a writing collab)

Speaking of 2 actions, you can pretty much post them now, as the only one who is both before you and can affect you is Dariush, and something tells me he will not be attacking you...

I can't believe I didn't think of this sooner, but bountiful letterbeasts would be completely amazing. Letterbeasts in general actually.

Hit first regardless of turn order due to being able to cross neutral in the fall, abandon any landbridges created by attacking if necessary, immune to being denied by abandoning land. Spend summer foraging, destroy everything with an alpha strike like I did on NQT.
