Lesan came a bit closer, but said nothing. At least they were finally done.

Sophie walks up to Gordon.
:"Please heal me? I'm not sick anymore, but I still feel terrible..."

: "Minor injuries only, already healed. I'm afraid I got a wee bit overconfident back there."

"Duran didn't fall for any taunting and now it seems he ain't just a stubborn man. Damn him."

Lycan seemed both disappointed the other knight hadn't chosen him as a target and worried about how much damage his former employer had caused to the rest of the group as they went against the Terranian soldier. At least Gordon was healing everyone back to their best shape.

"Well, guess not everyone was nearby when I joined. I'm Lycan, pleased."

Gordon was unable to look Kat in the eye as he continued his healing duties.

: Oh, I don't know about that. Would be something of a relief in me eyes.

Lycan nodded to Lesan and then spent a few seconds staring at the faces of the people whose name he didn't know. He, however, seemed to lose interest in waiting after a few moments.

"Good to see you're all fine now. Guess we're getting supplies and taking a ship next. In that case, I'll get stuff from my tent."

The "stuff" he referred to was very likely to be alcohol.

"Yeah... I guess you are right. Did anyone get information on the tents? I am a tad concerned about what we will be facing on Mernid."

"So he is dead. Good! Better get all the stuff you can before we get on the ship, this is gonna be some long trip! Also, as I said before, I was calling my assistant, kinda more like "axessistant" Hahah-ahah, get it? Nevermind."

"Master, the Terrania soldiers failed. All of them including Duran died. What should we do?"

"Fear not, my PUPPET. That was nothing but a little plan, think about it... if we really want to raise an army, we need strong soldiers. Every single mercenary are having their strings pulled around in a show to amuse me, and before they notice, it will be too late. All of them will serve me."

".....Yes, my Lord. But what should I do?"

"You are a King, dammit! Act like one, go around, spread lies, bring chaos to Terrania and the other countries. I want to see those Gates open and full of souls!"

Kat decided now was an excellent time to loot those chests and Duran's corpse for goodies. (Or rather just justifying in-character why we got those items. )

"Hmm, let's see what we got here..."

"Your jokes are a horrible as usual, you know?"" Kaarina says, walking in with her axe resting on her shoulders.

"While you were AXing around, I had to deal with some people from Terrania trying to kill me. These mercenaries saved my axess, so we will be helping them to reach Mernid. So yeah, you will be working with them, you know just in case we deal with pirates.. AGAIN."
