He learns quite fast, it seems. And with Google and specialized forums, it's just a matter of persistence.

The entire content consists of senseless murder, a pile of faceless naked women and zero regard for human life in general, all in the service of the protagonist's base impulses. It is clearly a cry for help from a neglected, self absorbed and disempowered juvenile badly in need of affectionate guidance. What a sad, sad display.

Hi all, I assume this is an appropriate place to ask a linux question of my own? I installed dwarf fortress along with a host of 32-bit libraries onto my new fedora 20 (64bit) system and I'm encountering a bunch of errors when I run ./df;
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
I do have issues to do with my nvidia graphics card but I assume df should still work with onboard graphics and nouveau drivers? I'm not really sure what I'm missing.

Thanks! Hope this was an appropriate place to ask.

PennyBlue - you are running the libs/Dwarf_Fortress binary? AFAIK that one is dynamically linked, so you will run into dependency problems with library versions. Try to run the 'df' binary from the df_linux directory itself, that one should be statically compiled. Also, look into data/inint/init.txt file, seek directive

[PRINT_MODE]

You can use various modes, 2D is most compatible, STANDARD is hw accelerated and offers best performance, and so on.
