Darnit, it is a cost skill after all. I really wish the handbook had them separated into the two categories, rather than this random alphabetical order thing they going on now. = \
Does anyone in the party at the moment have Daunt? If there is I guess Pass would be alright for the kind of shock-troop I intend on creating? (Interestingly useful with the Falcon Knight ability.)
Name: Elend Kälte

Personal Skill: Watery Mirage: If the weather is rainy... +15 Evade.
Personal Skill: Heart Seeker: If Elend attacks a target that is above 50% health, +10 Crit.
\\Personal Skill: Dual Shadow (so many awesome options with this name, but they're all so OP): When it is raining and Elend successfully critically hits an opponent, Hit +15, Crit +25, SPD +5, and Base Damage +2 for the rest of the combat.
This one may also be too OP... Or too overloaded an complicated. See, I originally wanted it to be an extra attack resulting from a crit, but that's basically the same (if not better) than one of the character skills... Blaaargh... Feedback plz. (I was taking inspiration from SMT: DS)

I am suuuper tired, so please tell me if I missed anything this time (not including the purposefully omitted stuff, and the maybe-too-imba skill.)
Yes, three of my 'character traits' have the condition of 'rainy'. I really like the rain, okay...
