Here's something I forgot: are downed allies impassable? I'm asking because I think Aura would be better off moving to 4,15. She'd still be able to attack Hero3 and would be facing her natural prey—a dark magic user.

You can walk over them but enemies can't, and you can't end your turn on one.

5,16 also works. Though Gordon will have to move there in the turn after this one, you can sit there for now.
