Move swordsmen through 23,7 (I'm having a bit of trouble with the math of the hexes so bear with me.) 22,8 21,9 20,10 21,10 and 22,9.

updating map.

I'm having a bit of trouble with the math of the hexes so bear with me.
Each hex (<X,Y>) has 6 neighbors: <X-1,Y-1>,<X-1,Y+1>,<X+1,Y-1>,<X+1,Y+1> (these are diagonal),<X,Y-2> and <X,Y+2> (these are vertical). The absolute difference is always 2.

Yeah, I think I figured it out but just in case I got the hexes wrong.
You did. I carried out your orders through <20,10> (which cost you 4 AP so far). the other 2 hexes don't exist, so tell me where to move next.
A good self check is: <X,Y> exists is X+Y is even.
Use swordsmen to capture the four nearby mountains.
I'm interpreting that as a sweeping motion with all 3 swordsmen, from <9,3> to <11,5> (12AP). tell me if you wanted something else.

Disembarking on a plain is 1AP, moving through 2 plains is 1x2=2 AP, moving through 2 forests is 2x2=4 AP, moving through a ruin is 3AP and harvesting is 1. that's 11, you had 10 at 10 GMT and have gained 3, 3rd of which 3 minutes ago or so (depending on typing speed). You now have 2AP, and had 1 at the moment of last tally.

your turn contains errors, and you get to resend it without penalty (don't worry, It's my fault- I should probably switch to square grid next time).
So... you have 3 swordsmen, not 1 or 2. You also somehow lost a transport- seeing as how you didn't engage in battle I don't see how that would happen.
hexes <4,15> and <5,14> don't exist.
here are some relevant quotes:
Each hex (<X,Y>) has 6 neighbors: <X-1,Y-1>,<X-1,Y+1>,<X+1,Y-1>,<X+1,Y+1> (these are diagonal),<X,Y-2> and <X,Y+2> (these are vertical). The absolute difference is always 2.
(for <5,15>, your starting location, these would be <4,16> (this is where your fleet, and the 3 swordsmen loaded on it are), <4,14>, <6,14>,<6,16> ,<5,13> and <5,17> (these are all the forests))
A good self check is: <X,Y> exists is X+Y is even.
additionally, it costs the same amount of AP to move a stack of units of any size (only terrain matters). So, unless I misunderstand your intentions, moving that fleet will be much cheaper.
Assuming you think you controlled 3 forests and a mountain at the end there, harvesting was carried out correctly.

1. I suppose that was a bit confusing. That's supposed to mean one swordsman per ship.
