I tried to play chess but two of my opponents were playing competitive checkers as a third person walked in with Game of Thrones in hand confused cause they thought this was the book club.

Hmm, you guys sure you'd want to be so far from the Ruins? I mean, if I were scaps, I'd be taking 16,18 to nab that easily and get a sweet amount of resources from it, as well as a full 10 victory points. With GWG and Remuthra on the opposite side of the continent, and KJ a fair way aways, it'd be hard as heck for you guys to take it from them. And the surrounding plains and forests are already sweet for resource collection, honestly, it's a bit of an overpowered spawn point, aside from being almost completely surround-able by land. But then the westwards mountain range helps to slow down attackers a good bit, as well as form a great spot to form a fort-wall, making KJ the only real threat.

That's just me, though.

I wanted that nice ring of mountains, so I can establish a good beachhead. Besides, catapults are the new infantry.

Anyways. More in-depth rules reading. This should be...fun, if people can figure out each others' sleep schedules.

Remuthra tends to get off at around midnight, he's most active from 4 - 10 pm.
Kj is a little harder to pin down, his activity is more even distributed, but there's a serious low point from 3 - 9 am.
Scap is almost exclusively online from 3 am to 6 pm.
GWG himself tends to be offline from 1 - 7 am.

I'm going to assume from context you meant <15,15> there, not <15,19>, which you already own. But in the future this would lead to you moving your swordsman back to port and the move to <14,14> action becoming impossible. Speaking of ports- you need to disembark your troops first. Just resend your turn, and we'll pretend this never happened.
