So apparently Respawn has removed the ability for players to search directly for Capture The Flag and Pilot Hunter game modes. Their stated reason is that wait times for those games were becoming too long (~5 minutes or more.) So now you can only play those modes via "playlists" that include them or by setting up a private lobby (and trying to organize 11 players with no server browser.)

Just in time for the new games modes that are purchased DLC from Origin. Hrmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Ping.

The game is on for $10 on Amazon, will redeem on Origin.

Hot dayum I've been having fun. I'm not a huge FPS geek, but every now and then I get totally hooked on one and play it to death. CS, then Insurgency, now Titanfall. The game isn't perfect, but it's so much fun. From the parkour antics, running away, running towards enemies, lots of flanking options, fighting with titans, stealthing... just. It's so fast paced, and yet you have so very many options.

The levels are pretty big and not corridor-like at all, so there's always somewhere else you can run to flank.

Anyway, I don't really want to describe it a lot. I'm just sad they only released it for Origin... it would've had so much more exposure if it was on Steam!

You should try it - it's only a tenner, and it's definitely a type of combination of gameplay I hadn't seen before. Fast, intense, largely skill-based.

Be aware that it's +50gb so that it runs faster...

For $5 on Origin. Still a LOT of fun to be had. It's my shooter of choice these days. Matches are quick, fast, furious, tactical. It's awesome.
