time to ponder if this game's Masterwork's Vampires work differently than vanilla. if the queen is a vampire then misty... is fine she just needs to avoid uhh falling asleep.

that said this could be a different masterwork transformed creature type that might spell doom for misty, but that one mystery, like this other mystery a big one during the first chapter about 5 years ago.

I really don't think this is a vampire situation. The triple rings are a dead giveaway that she is . . .

I don't know.
I checked the past issues of this comic and the Queen doesn't look much like anything from our home pantheon.

She does have an uncanny resemblance to some of the not wholly identified beings near the bottom of the chart in this post.
But Misty shouldn't recognize that in character, she should just courageously and politely offer the Queen some cheese. Let's keep its sacredness on the down low, let the divine flavor speak for itself. That's a pun – see, fun times ahead. Big laughs. Ha. Ha.

also given misty is sealed in here is probably protecting her from the rebel plumphelmetfolk uprising that going on in the fort.

Sorry I missed this earlier, BadLemon! It's Masterfully done - spindly dwarves, and Reg has that pear-shape going on.  Will Holt and Reg ever return to the story? This tastefully bordered artpiece certainly makes it more likely!  RIP poor helmet, Reg misses you terribly.

Oh wow, this is beautiful, MadMonkey! I've been reading your story and I gotta say, you're giving me a run for my money.  I really like your art style.  It seems so...so clean somehow.  Thank you for the cameo - I see Misty pops up more than once.

In other news, the Queen doesn't actually have a name yet.  I am taking suggestions, if anyone has a name befitting the Queen of the Dwarves.

I'm fond of "Libash" as a queen-name-- it means "axe" in Dwarfish, and was used to great effect in Archcrystal!
