You shouldn't need to make your own cheese anyway. There's a good chance Cowsea has already been milked and had her milk made into cheese, she's been here long enough. Go ask her about it.

Actually, feels pretty unlikely there is made cheese of Cowsea's Milk - Every single Cheese Maker probably gets drafted into the Haulers, so nobody has the Cheese-Making job. At least officially...mhhh...

You might want to speak to other Haulers - You saw how Cheesemakers are considered simple Haulers, but there might be some kind of underground Cheese Making Circle! you just have to find it!
